Who we are

What we collect

Each form is emailed to the team that handles it (commercial, human resources or procurement) and kept on our own server for the period above, then deleted. Copies in our mailboxes follow our email retention.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your details. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your language choice.
Where it is stored
The website and form records run on our own server in Nuremberg, Germany (Hetzner). Emails are handled by Microsoft 365. Nothing is passed to other parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email commercial@alyazeem.com, or careers@alyazeem.com for job applications, and we answer within 30 days.
